Creative Perspectives

What does it take to live and lead in a way that is coherent, not just convincing?

Much of my work sits in that question. These articles explore the inner architecture of how we think, feel and act—particularly in the spaces where leadership, identity and relationship meet. They are not written as instruction, but as an invitation to look more closely at the patterns that shape our choices, often outside awareness.

I write through three interconnected lenses: psychology, neuroscience and ontology. Together, they offer a way of understanding not just what we do, but how we organise ourselves internally, and the meaning-making that sits beneath behaviour.  Across this body of work, three threads tend to emerge:

The Coaching World - Exploring the craft, ethics and responsibilities of coaching as a professional discipline—where power sits, how it is used, and what it means to practise with integrity.

Relational Power - Looking at the dynamics that shape our interactions with others, boundaries, psychological contracts, narcissism, and the often quiet work of reclaiming voice.

Leadership and Reflective Practice - Engaging with the realities of leading in complexity—where certainty is limited, self-awareness matters, and how we live what we say we value becomes visible.
